High speed blown film lines for producing HMWHDPE, LDPE and LLDPE Tubular Film, extruder sizes from 45mm - 80mm, film layflat width from 300mm - 1800mm, production output from 40kgs to 150kgs/hr.

Grooved-feed barrel increases extruder's feed rate by compressing the fed resin to a very high pressure, this allows polymer to be processed with shorter residence time and maintain excellent melt quality. The well-designed screw ensures higher output at lower melt temperature, precisely machined bottom-fed spiral die & high efficiency air ring result in more stable bubble and better gauge control. The take-up tower is supported by heavy-duty structural steel tubing for a vibration-free production day-in and day-out, the winder is surface contact type designed for winding up jumbo film roll.

Super compact blown film lines for producing HMWHDPE, LDPE and LLDPE Tubular Film, two extruder sizes are available: 45mm & 55mm, film layflat width upto 600mm, production output upto 55kgs/hr.

These lines are very suitable for making narrow film tubings, the foot-print is only 2.9Mx1.7Mx3.6M that requires a very limited space, prices are extremely economical. All three main components of a blown film
  system: the Extruder, Take-up Tower and Winder are integrated and seated on a common steel base, installation and setup can be made in just a couple of hours.
